Undead Legacy: Fresh Start — New World, No Mistakes (Live)
FIELD LOG 004 Deepwell Alpha survived its first major migration. The primary fighting position was a disaster. They breached it twice, burned through most of my supplies, and nearly added lead engineer to the dinner menu. But I did manage to make a makeshift fallback that held, but we need those electric fences and a better retreat plan. I'm recording this from Trader Joel's lobby while another storm moves through the burnt forest. The infected are heavier out here and the infection seems to progress faster than what I've documented around Alpha. Before I push any farther, I'm going to need a temporary underground safe haven nearby, nothing permanent, just something secure enough to operate this far from Alpha. After that, I need better transportation, the EchoTech station needs to get operational, and Alpha needs expanded to support Phase 2. Um, Joel is giving me weird looks and I'm not sure if he's irritated or hitting on me either way it's concerning so it looks like I'm gonna have to go brave the storm. WHAT IS PROJECT DEEPWELL? I've also secured a generator with absolutely nothing to connect to it, so apparently we're planning ahead. FIELD LOG 002 I made it back to Trader Jen's after dark, but just barely. Turns out jogging through town with half the infected population chasing you will definitely make you question your life choices. The undead certainly didn't.
